YOUR CHOICE
How we measure visits and ads
You can reserve coffee without allowing optional measurement. Our website measurement and Meta advertising measurement have separate choices at the bottom of each page. Both default to off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional measurement.
Our website measurement
If you agree, we record page visits, referral and campaign labels, and whether signup succeeds or fails. A random, tab-scoped visit ID expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our event records exclude email, form answers, IP address and browser fingerprint. Each new measurement request removes records older than 90 days. Hosting providers may separately process technical information to operate the site.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Only if you separately allow Meta measurement, we load the Meta Pixel on our coffee homepage. It sends page views and successful new reservations to Meta to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. It may transmit the page address, ad-click identifiers, IP address, browser/device information and Meta cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy. We do not send your email, name, form answers or payment details, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled.
Meta may store advertising cookies, including _fbp and _fbc. You can withdraw consent through Advertising preferences; we then revoke pixel consent and clear these first-party cookies. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by Meta. See Meta’s privacy policy for its processing, retention and choices. Our own 90-day event retention does not control Meta’s records.
What the numbers mean
Measurement covers only consenting visitors and can be affected by blocking. A visit is not a unique person. A new reservation is counted only after it is saved; duplicate signups do not create another conversion. Reservations are free expressions of interest, not purchases.
Reservation details are stored separately to manage your signup. See how we use your email.
