What you’re submitting

Good Boi Coffee runs the Museum of Tiny Crimes and Founding Pack as free online photo collections. We’re a for-profit coffee business. We hope to collect 1,000 dog portraits; the live count shows how many have been approved. Sending a photo won’t place a coffee order or enter you in a contest. We don’t offer prizes, payment, jobs, event invitations or guaranteed packaging features for submissions.

Your permission

You must be 18 or older and own your submitted photo or have permission to share it. Submit dog photos only, without people, contact details, addresses or other private information. Keep stories friendly and accurate. Don’t stage damage, distress or unsafe behavior for a photo; never give a dog coffee or beans.

By checking the permission box, you let Good Boi Coffee display your dog’s photo, name and story on this website and our unpaid social posts. You keep ownership and can share the photo elsewhere. We may crop, resize or format it, and shorten the story without changing its meaning. We won’t pay a fee for this use. Paid advertising or selling the image would require separate permission.

Review and public display

We review entries before sharing them publicly. We may decline photos or stories that are unsafe, reveal private information, belong to someone else or don’t suit the collection. We can’t guarantee acceptance or a review date. Approved dog names, stories and photos appear publicly. Your email stays private. We label our AI-created campaign artwork so you can tell it apart from reader submissions.

What we store

Our hosting provider stores your dog’s photo, name and story, your email, your permission record, when you submitted, and how you reached this page. Your browser resizes the photo and removes its original camera metadata before uploading. We use your email to manage your entry. To receive coffee launch emails, you’ll need to join the coffee list separately.

Withdraw an entry

After submitting, save your private receipt link. It includes a secret token that lets you withdraw the entry and delete its stored photo and details. Do not post that private link publicly. Removing an entry stops its display here; copies already shared or reposted elsewhere may remain. For help or to request removal from our own social posts, message the Good Boi Instagram account with your submission reference. Do not post your email or private receipt link in a public comment. Never send passwords.

Optional measurement

You can choose separately whether we count your website visit. Read the measurement policy. Participating does not require analytics consent, a donation or a purchase.
